The Provincial Engineering Office Personnel Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PEOPMPC) officially broke ground for its new four-storey building on February 25 in San Juan, Tabuk City marking a significant step toward strengthening its services and institutional growth.

The ceremony highlighted unity and shared commitment to progress. Opening remarks was delivered by Dir. Jayford W. Dondongan, followed by the project overview from Dir. Domingo A. Bakilan.

Key stakeholders present included representatives of the Provincial Governor, members of the Board of Directors, May L. Bumatay (CDA CDS II Kalinga), CCEDO Catherine Lee T. Uera, OPCEDO Arlene B. Oyando, Atty. Oliver T. Layuygan, and other partners.

Rev. Fr. Khoshi S. Dupa-as led the blessing of the site. The Schools Division Office of Tabuk City achieved another milestone in promoting learning and literacy with the blessing and official turnover of its newly opened Library Hub on September 26, 2025. SDO Tabuk City officials headed SDS Benedicta B. Gamatero, ASDS Jan Nowel E. Peลˆa, CID Chief Ramonchito A. Soriano, SGOD Chief Sally P. Feken, Engr. Max P. Duguiang of the Bangyan 3D Construction, DO personnel, partners, and stakeholders sharing one vision of providing literacy and lifelong learning to the learners graced the occasion.

The envisioned Library Hub as a shared facility for access to reading materials is aiming at increased access to reading materials, improved teaching support to teachers, and a reading culture in Divisions' schools. With the launch, SDO Tabuk City reiterates its commitment towards providing quality basic education and enabling every child with the education capital for success and growth.
