Job Description:
⦁ Initial deployment: BGC, Taguig City
⦁ Project Planning & Management
⦁ Lead the planning and implementation of civil engineering projects (e.g., ground-up construction, fit-outs, etc.).
⦁ Prepare project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
⦁ Oversee and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
⦁ Manage project documentation, reports, and design submissions.
⦁ Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to approved plans and quality standards.
⦁ Perform site inspections, progress monitoring, and issue resolution.
⦁ Approve material submittals, shop drawings, and change requests.
⦁ Proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, SAP2000, etc.).

Requirement:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
⦁ Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) / PRC Registered Civil Engineer (or equivalent).
⦁ Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
