Location: Laguna Technopark, Biñan, Laguna.
Position: PROJECT ENGINEER
Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Engineering.
• Keen to details, analytical, and have a great fit handling personnel.
• Experience in finishing works (i.e., painting, etc.) is a plus. Although, newly graduates without site experience are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor crew on site.
• Conduct regular inspection in the workplace.
• Maintain the orderliness, cleanliness, and safety & health conditions in the workplace.
• Enforce the procedure and methodology set by the company for the project.
• Ensure that the expected output for the project will be attained.
• Attend, assist, and/or facilitate in any type of meeting/s (i.e., tool box meetings, coordination meetings, etc.)
• Submit weekly progress report.
• Communicate regularly with Management for concerns and status updates.

Position: SAFETY OFFICER
Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Engineering.
• Keen to details and have a great fit handling personnel.
• Newly graduates without site experience are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Regular site inspection to ensure safe and hazard-free workplace.
• Promote and enforce safe practices.
• Will respond to workers' safety concerns.
• Attend, assist, and/or facilitate in any type of meeting/s (i.e., tool box meetings, coordination meetings, etc.).
• Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports and issues to keep them updated.

Position: SCAFFOLDER
Qualifications:
• Must have NC II certificate/training.
• Experience in finishing works (i.e., painting, etc.) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring a stable base and checking of work area for scaffolding er****on
• Temporary er****on/Installation of scaffolding poles and other necessary access equipment
• Laying planks and/or platform for workers to walk on
• Dismantling of scaffolding materials
