Are you an experienced Civil/Structural Design Engineer with a background in the telecommunications industry? We're looking for a Design Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of telecom infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead civil and structural design for telecom sites, including towers, foundations, shelters, and related infrastructure.
🔹 Oversee site surveys, feasibility studies, and design documentation.
🔹 Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, BOQs, and survey reports.
🔹 Coordinate with project teams, customers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
🔹 Assess constructability, structural integrity, permitting requirements, and project risks.
🔹 Support cost estimation, tendering, and design optimization.
🔹 Provide technical support during construction, inspections, and design changes.
🔹 Drive continuous improvement of design standards and engineering processes.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 5 years of telecom civil/structural design experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of telecom site design, structural analysis, foundations, and permitting requirements.
✅ Proficient in AutoCAD, structural design software, and Microsoft Office.
✅ Experience reviewing drawings, structural calculations, BOQs, and subcontractor deliverables.
✅ Globe Telecom project experience is an advantage.
✅ Familiarity with Philippine engineering standards and government permitting processes is preferred.
✅ Excellent communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Fluent in English and willing to travel within project areas as needed.

Teltrends Services Inc. is looking for a Permitting Coordinator to support our telecom network implementation projects.

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Visit project sites and process building permit applications.
✅ Coordinate and follow up permit approvals with the concerned government offices.
✅ Monitor and provide regular updates on permit application status.
✅ Prepare weekday reports containing:
• Site ID
• On-site visit date
• Permit approval status
• Site issues or dependencies requiring escalation

Requirements:
✔ Must be based in Cebu.
✔ Able to manage at least 30 building permit sites per Purchase Order (PO).
✔ Must pass EHS and ISDP QC Training and Exam.
✔ Must have an ISDP-compatible phone.
✔ Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
✔ Experience in permit processing or telecom projects is an advantage.
