🧾 Job Description
We are looking for an HR Specialist / HR Generalist to manage and improve our company’s manpower system, recruitment, and employee processes.
🔧 Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, interview, hiring)
Manage onboarding & orientation ng bagong employees
Monitor attendance, timekeeping, at payroll coordination
Handle employee concerns & discipline (IR cases)
Ensure DOLE compliance & company policies
Create and implement HR systems & procedures
Maintain employee records & contracts
🎯 Qualifications:
Graduate of HR, Psychology, or Business-related course
At least 1–3 years experience sa HR (preferably sa manpower / construction / technical hiring)
May knowledge sa:
Labor Law (DOLE)
Payroll & attendance
Recruitment (mass hiring)
Organized, marunong makisama, at kayang mag-handle ng tao
💰 Salary Offer:
₱ 25,000 – ₱35,000 (depende sa experience)
