We are truly grateful to the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (DABE) and CSU CReATE for sharing and highlighting our recently concluded SolidWorks Masterclass. 🙏

It was a privilege to work with CSU’s faculty members, researchers, and students and share practical knowledge in SolidWorks, engineering design, 3D modeling, and FEA simulation.

Seeing participants engage, learn, and apply these skills throughout the four-day training made the experience even more meaningful.

We believe that skills development is a continuous journey—and we are proud to be part of CSU’s commitment to strengthening technical competencies for academics, research, and future engineering practice.

On Day 3 of the SolidWorks Masterclass at Caraga State University, participants explored FEA (Finite Element Analysis) Simulation—learning how to test, analyze, and evaluate designs virtually before bringing them to reality.

From modeling to simulation, engineers can make better decisions, identify potential problems, and create designs that are stronger, safer, and more reliable.

Day 2: Bringing Designs to Life! ⚙️🚀

From individual parts to a complete working system! 🧩🔩

On Day 2 of the SolidWorks Masterclass at Caraga State University, participants took their designs to the next level by exploring Assembly Modeling and 3D Animation.

They learned how to bring multiple components together, understand how parts interact, and visualize how their designs move and function in real-world applications.

From “Can we build it?” to “Let’s see how it moves!” 🎬⚙️

Every great design starts with understanding the fundamentals.

On Day 1 of the SolidWorks Masterclass at Caraga State University, participants got hands-on with the SolidWorks interface, essential terminologies, basic tools, and core concepts—before putting their knowledge into action by creating their very first 3D parts!

From navigating the workspace to turning sketches into 3D models, our participants took their first steps toward mastering digital engineering design. 💻🔩

And this is just the beginning! 👀

Honored. Grateful. Inspired. ⚙️🎓

It was an honor and privilege to be invited by the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering of Caraga State University (CSU), Butuan City, as the Resource Speaker for the recently concluded SolidWorks Masterclass: Fundamentals for Advanced Product Modeling for Engineering Design and Simulation Laboratory Courses, held on August 4–7, 2026.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience in SolidWorks, 3D modeling, engineering design, and simulation with CSU’s faculty and students.

Throughout the training, participants explored how SolidWorks can strengthen their skills in 𝟯𝗗 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁—bridging classroom concepts with practical, industry-relevant applications.

For the CSU faculty and students, the training was more than learning a software—it was an opportunity to design with greater confidence, understand engineering concepts more deeply, and turn ideas into functional models.

A few years ago, ako rin yung nagme-message sa mga engineers at companies, hoping na mabigyan ng pagkakataon at makapag-build ng experience.

Today, nakakatanggap na ako ng mga ganitong messages from aspiring engineers who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute.

It reminds me of a quote:

**"Build your own garden, and the butterflies will come."**

For the past few years, I've been focused on building my skills, delivering quality work, helping clients, and continuously improving our systems and processes. Nakakatuwang isipin na unti-unti nang may mga taong gustong maging bahagi ng journey na binubuo natin.

Sa mga current trainees, applicants under training, at mga bagong hires namin, hang in there. I will continue to push your limits—not to make things harder for you, but to help you discover what you're truly capable of. My goal is for you to excel beyond your current skill level and become highly competent SolidWorks designers and engineers in your own right.

Growth is uncomfortable, but that's where real learning happens.
