QUALIFICATIONS:
-LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER (preferred, but non-licensed with solid ) experienced may apply)
-With 1-3 years experience in construction projects supervision or engineering work
-Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans
-Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
-Strong leadership, problem-solving. and communication skills
-Knowledge of construction safety protocols is an advantage
-Willing to work on-site and relocate depending on Project Location
FIELD AUDITOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Graduate of bachelor’s in accountancy/BS in Accounting Technology/Management Accounting
-MALE
-Single
-Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
-Knowledgeable in Microsoft Programs
-Honest, trustworthy and with pleasing personality
-Must be hardworking and willing to work overtime
-Well-organized and willing to be trained
-Willing to work under pressure
-Has good verbal and written communication skills
HR SPECIALIST
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related Field
-Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or similar industry
-Strong Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Proficient in MS Office and HR-Related systems
-Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
SAFETY OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Graduate of any 4 year course (preferred: HRM, Psychology, Business, or Engineering)
-With BOSH/COSH Certification (mandatory)
-At least 1 year of relevant experience in construction or safety/HR roles is an advantage
-Familiar with DOLE Occupational Safety Standards and HR Processes
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Willing to be assigned to project sites and travel as needed
