We are proud to share the successful completion of the 2-day seminar on QMS Planning and QMS Appreciation, held at SGM Construction, Barangay III, Tangub City.

This insightful training was facilitated by no other than Dr. Dindo A. Uy, CEO of FCU Solutions, whose expertise and dynamic approach enriched every session.

📌Two (2) Backhoe Operators: Candidates should have valid certifications and experience operating backhoe machinery in a construction setting. A strong understanding of safety protocols is essential.

📌Twenty (20) Skilled Workers: We are looking for individuals with expertise in various trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry. Relevant certifications and prior experience in construction are required.

📌Twenty (20) Laborers: No prior experience is necessary, but candidates should be physically fit and willing to perform manual labor on construction sites.

SGM Construction successfully hosted an extensive seminar workshop entitled "Implementing the Lean 5S System in Office and Construction Projects" on April 24, 2025. This event aimed to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes within both office environments and construction sites.

The workshop was skillfully facilitated by Prof. Voltaire B. Torion, who holds a Master of Business Administration and serves as a dedicated college instructor at Tangub City Global College.

Prof. Torion brought a wealth of knowledge and practical insights to the session, engaging participants in discussions about the core principles of the Lean 5S methodology and its application in real-world scenarios. Attendees had the opportunity to learn valuable strategies for waste reduction, organization, and overall productivity improvement in their respective work environments.
