ECQ GUIDELINES

Isang malaking pag-unawa sa aking pagbawi kahapon sa original post ko. Tinawagan po kasi ako ni SPOX Harry Roque na mag hunos-dili muna hanggang manggaling ang announcement sa kanya.

Ito po ang ilan sa mga guidelines ng IATF:

1. “Authorised Persons Outside Residence” (APOR) rule is to be strictly followed & implemented.

2. Essential movement of people are only allowed for groceries, pharmacies, banks, remittance centers and for medical facilities.

3. Public loitering is not allowed. Kung hindi lang APOR ay strictly stay at home ang orders.

4. Leisure activities are not allowed such as walking, jogging, zumba, tambay and parties.

5. No Q-Pass required but barangay officials shall check and enforce APOR.

6. Essential industries such as food and agriculture shall remain open.

7. Malls will be closed. Only essential establishments such as supermarkets, groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants on a strict take home and delivery system is allowed.

8. Public Transportation is allowed.

9. Jowa passes are cancelled.

10. Public consumption of liquor is not allowed. Bawal tambay-inom-karaoke.

11. Mass gatherings of more than 10 people are not allowed.

12. All hotels, motels, and resorts will be closed unless use is provided by law such as those for quarantine purposes.

13. The new ECQ takes effect at March 29 (monday) midnight. The effectivity shall be decided on a week to week basis.

14. Golf courses shall remain closed for all age groups.

15. Salons, barbershops and computer internet shops shall remain closed.

16. Please wait for further announcements regarding government offices such as SSS, GSIS, NSA, NBI, etc.

17. Construction shall be allowed both public and private provided guidelines set by DPWH/DOH are followed.

18. Hardware stores can operate.

19. Curfew is set from 6PM to 5AM. Exempted are essential workers and emergency.

Please do NOT go on a panic buying spree. Groceries and other essentials shall remain open.

Pakiusap lamang at lahat naman nang ito ay para sa atin lahat. 10K average a day na ang mga positibo at sa 2.5% fatality rate ay may approx. 250 per day ang nanganganib ang buhay.

Puno na ang mga hospital at hindi na kayang tumanggap ng mga pasyente. Ang average waiting time for admission is now at 10 days.

Mas mabuti na ang mag-ingat kaysa magsisi. Prevention is better than cure.
