PLANT SUPERVISOR

Required education: Bachelor’s in ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
Required experience: 1 year

Duties and Responsibilities:
o Administer employee schedules
o Supervise everyday production schedule and assist/resolve maintenance concerns
o Maintain record of all equipments
o Maintain quality of products and recommend improvements to production process
o Manage inventory of all plant supplies and materials
o Perform regular inspection on all equipments and maintain compliance for safety regulations
o Ability to work well independently as well as with other staff members
o Willing to work overtime even on Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays
o Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
o Others, to be discussed upon interview
