𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 / 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Analyze cost variances and recommend cost-saving measures.
Prepare cost reports, progress reports, and financial projections.
Review contracts, purchase orders, and subcontractor claims related to project costs.
Coordinate with project managers, procurement, finance, and site teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.
Maintain cost control systems and ensure timely reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Experience in cost engineering, project cost control, estimating, or quantity surveying is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost management software; knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and internal teams for marketing materials.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Assist in organizing events, product launches, and brand promotions.
Support the sales team with marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role is an advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
