LANECO and itโs Lineworkers often work tirelessly after such events, clearing debris, replacing poles, and repairing lines to restore power, but the scale of a typhoonโs impact means that recovery can take long hours, days or even weeks, depending on the extent of the damage. As part of LANECO's ongoing mission to ensure a reliable and safe electricity supply, this line-clearing initiative reflects our commitment to maintaining clear and unobstructed power lines. Regular line clearing activities not only help prevent outages but also reduce the risk of accidents caused by overgrown vegetation. By keeping our power line corridors clean, we are able to deliver more consistent power, create safer environments, and minimize service interruptions.
