Eastern Visayas Center for Crustacean Research and Development EVCCRD is a research center focusing on at least three major crustacean commodities namely; Crabs, Shrimps/Prawns, Lobsters.

Its major goal is to improve stock of crustacean in the wild for the fishermen. Initial projects includes assessment and seeding.
