New Project. New Site Inspection.

Checking the existing plumbing works before we proceed with the next phase of construction. Every pipe, connection, and detail needs to be properly inspected, because what’s behind the ceiling or walls matters just as much as what you see outside.

Another project entrusted to JDM Construction. Thank you for the trust! 🤍

Inspect. Plan. Build. 👷‍♀️

Your expertise has value. Your time has value. Your work has value.

May isang client na nag-request sa akin ng specific house design. I designed it according to everything they wanted—nag-revise, nag-adjust, nag-revise ulit hanggang makuha namin yung design na gusto nila.

Then I completed the design and prepared the cost estimate.

After that… wala nang paramdam. 😅

I understand that not every project pushes through. Plans change, budgets change, and sometimes clients choose a different direction. That’s part of the business.

And yes, I take accountability too. My mistake was not asking for a professional/design fee upfront. Lesson learned.

Pero sana, kahit simpleng message lang na, “Ma’am, hindi na po kami magp-push through,” or “May iba na po kaming nahanap.”

That would have been enough.

Hindi naman ako disappointed dahil hindi natuloy ang project.

Disappointed lang because behind every design are hours of thinking, revisions, expertise, and time.

Professional work deserves professional fees.
And respect for someone’s time should always come both ways.

No hard feelings. Just business lessons. 👷🏼‍♀️

Future Engineer on duty! 🦺

Checking the plans, holding the tape measure, and making sure everything is “according to drawing.” 😂

Starting young, learning early.

Merienda break sa construction site! 🥣👷🏼‍♀️

A little secret behind the wall… 🤫

Friday afternoon at the site. 🦺

Wrapping up the week with another productive site visit, checking the progress and making sure everything is on track. It may be a busy week, but every step brings us closer to the finished project.

Grateful for the work, the trust, and every opportunity to build something meaningful. 🤎

Project Completed! 🏡

Dirty kitchen + laundry area + bathroom extension — successfully completed!

Another project that turned from plans into a functional and beautiful space for the family. We’re grateful to have been trusted to bring this project to life.

Thank you so much, Dra. Moya, for the trust and confidence in JDM Construction. 🤍
