KMB is a certified and licensed Filipino Graded-A architect under the Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA) under the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP) of the Qatar Engineering Committee, having over 34 years of relevant experience gathered in the Philippines and the Gulf Region (Qatar and KSA). His exceptional professional career has enabled him to acquire extensive knowledge and a solid foundation in his field. Colleagues recognize him as a responsible team player who is highly organized in delivering drawing packages for various projects, including residential buildings, commercial spaces, offices, airports, hotels, malls, and mixed-use developments. He is a versatile technical professional, proficient in both manual drafting and computer-aided design, with advanced skills in CAD and knowledge of Revit. His involvement in various projects ranges from design conceptualization to documentation with ensured general compliance of IFC drawings and specifications including review of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's), material inspection and approval in-line with client-selected samples, tracking long-lead items and materials purchasing and delivery, mock-up inspection of actual works. A proposed 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 will be built in San Joaquin, Sto. Tomas, Batangas, as a commissioned design for Engr. Marcos Manzanilla. We are very grateful for the trust and positive feedback from our Kabayan client in the U.S. In God we trust!

Despite a hectic schedule—perhaps that's why this post is a bit delayed — I feel elated sharing my wonderful experience and knowledge with the graduating architecture students of 𝗧𝗜𝗣 on the topic of "Design & Build by Administration". A brief series of questions were presented by the students, and I particularly enjoyed addressing their inquiries in relation to risk management. I want to extend my best wishes to these aspiring architects and wish them good luck in their future endeavors.

Introducing a client-approved Three-Storey Modern Classical Residential Building with a roof deck and an office space situated in the charming area of Nova Romania, Bignay, Valenzuela City. The design of the building was carefully planned to comply with the subdivision’s design restrictions, ensuring that it harmonizes with the existing houses in the area.

Arch. Kenneth is a certified and licensed Architect in the Philippines who was also a Grade-A Architect in Qatar under the Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA) (MMUP) and Qatar Engineering Committee, having over 27 years of relevant experience gathered in the Philippines and the Gulf Region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Qatar. His unparalleled professional career made him achieve a vast knowledge and strong background in his chosen field. He was involved in various projects ranging from design concepts to design documentations and ensured general compliance of IFC drawings and specifications including review of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, ITP’s, material inspection and approval in line with client-selected samples, tracking long lead items materials purchase and delivery, inspection of mock-up and work inspection, etc.

A responsible team player and well schemed in providing drawing packages for commercial, residential, hotels, malls, offices and mixed-use buildings. A very flexible professional, skilled in both manual & computer-aided drafting (Advance CAD and basic knowledge in Revit). Some of his notable projects as a team player include Hamad International Airport (HIA), The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa, Mall of Qatar, Mall of Arabia, Equitable Bank Tower, and various mixed-use facilities.
