- Experience in die casting engineering, metal casting operations, plastic mold manufacturing, or the tooling industry is an advantage.

- Ability to define and solve casting defects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, establish, and optimize die casting processes to achieve production targets
- Coordinate with Tooling and Mold Design teams in designing die cast dies and related tooling
- Provide technical support to production personnel during regular operations
- Assist in resolving production downtime related to machines, dies, and casting processes.
- Monitor die performance and recommend preventive maintenance schedules.
