• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
• With experience and knowledge in Plumbing and Sanitary Works
• PRC License is an advantage but not required
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Supervise and monitor plumbing and sanitary works on site
• Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimates
• Monitor material usage and installed quantities
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, foremen, and other project personnel
• Assign and monitor daily tasks and activities of workers
• Always report daily accomplishment and site issues to resolve the problem immediately
• Provide technical guidance to workers to ensure proper ex*****on on site
• Perform other duties assigned by the project management team

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering or related field
• With experience in Construction Safety is an advantage
• COSH SO2 Certification is preferred
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and construction safety practices
• Able to identify and assess workplace hazards and unsafe conditions
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to work under pressure and respond appropriately to site safety concerns
• Fresh graduates with relevant safety training are welcome to apply

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with site safety rules, regulations, and company policies
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions
• Implement and monitor safety programs and procedures on site
• Attending toolbox meetings, safety meetings and safety orientations
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and hazard identification
• Report and recommend corrective actions for unsafe conditions and practices
• Monitor compliance with DOLE and OSH requirements
• Prepare and maintain daily safety reports, inspection reports, and other safety documents
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, foremen, workers, and other project personnel regarding safety concerns
• Monitor emergency preparedness and proper implementation of safety procedures
