The IIEE-Catanduanes Chapter joins the entire community in mourning the loss of our beloved former Chapter President, Engr. Raul V. Zafe.

His visionary leadership, tireless dedication, and indomitable spirit were instrumental in shaping the institute's success. More than a leader, he was an inspirational figure, known for the rare warmth and deep compassion he extended to every member.

Our deepest sympathies go out to his family. We pray his remarkable legacy of excellence and kindness will forever remain a guiding light and an enduring blessing for us all.
May his noble soul find everlasting peace.

Great turnout at the IIEE Catanduanes Chapter's General Membership Meeting and Election of Officers for CY 2026! Held on September 27, 2025, the event also featured a technical seminar to empower the members with knowledge. Looking forward to a great year ahead!

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of one of our members, Engr. Jonjon Alinas, who, along with his wife, was a victim of the tragic accident at SCTEX last May 1. Engr. Jonjon leaves behind their 2-year-old son, who miraculously survived while secured in a car seat at the back of their vehicle.

Let us come together to support their son during this difficult time. Any amount of help would be greatly appreciated. Donations can be sent through the GCash QR code provided in the poster below.
