Cooling Tower Airconditioning Services is looking for a skilled, reliable, and hardworking Airconditioning Technician to join our growing team.

​Job Responsibilities:
​Installation: Set up, install, and test residential and commercial air conditioning units (split-type, window-type, floor-mounted, etc.).
​Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance, deep cleaning (chemical washing), and system servicing.
​Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, identify system leaks, repair or replace defective parts, and perform system re-charging.
​Customer Service: Explain technical issues clearly to clients and provide professional recommendations with a friendly attitude.
​Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow safety protocols while on-site.
​Job Requirements:
​Technical Education: High school graduate, Vocational Diploma, or Short Course Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC).
​Certification: TESDA NC II Certification in RAC (highly preferred).
​Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
​Driver's License: A valid Driver’s License (restriction 1, 2) is a major advantage.
​Skills:
​Strong knowledge of various AC brands and types (inverter and non-inverter).
​Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams.
​Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment (manifold gauges, multi-testers, vacuum pumps, etc.).
​Personal Attributes: Physically fit, highly honest, punctual, and a team player.
