We’re excited to share a glimpse of the ongoing development of this private residential compound.

Designing on a hilltop site requires careful planning. Our current focus is aligning the architecture with the natural slope and landscape.

Current Phase Highlights:

• Solar and Wind Orientation – Adjusting the east–west orientation so the 522 sqm floor plates stay cooler under the tropical sun.

• Zoning – Organizing the flow between the recreational courts, guest clubhouse, and the main hilltop residence.

• Site Planning – Working with the 10–20% slope to keep the building footprint minimal and preserve the natural terrain.

Projects like this take thoughtful coordination from site planning to design. Our goal is to create a home that feels private, comfortable, and well connected to its surroundings.

We’re excited to continue shaping this hilltop into a space that feels calm, private, and uniquely its own.
