We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Draftsman Cum Estimator. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, 3D visualizations, quantity take-offs, and project cost estimates for various construction projects.
Qualifications:
โœ” Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related course
โœ” Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
โœ” Knowledgeable in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and construction methodologies
โœ” Able to prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and material take-offs
โœ” Experience in 3D modeling and rendering is an advantage
โœ” Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other estimating tools
โœ” Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
โœ” Fresh graduates with exceptional skills are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities:
๐Ÿ“ Prepare detailed construction and shop drawings
๐Ÿ“ Develop 3D models, renderings, and design presentations
๐Ÿ“ Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans
๐Ÿ“ Conduct quantity take-offs and material estimates
๐Ÿ“ Prepare project cost estimates and BOQs
๐Ÿ“ Assist in bid preparation and project documentation
๐Ÿ“ Coordinate with engineers, architects, suppliers, and contractors
