~ Manage the order processing workflow, ensuring accurate entry of order details, and coordinating delivery schedules.
~ Utilize cutting-edge technology to optimize delivery routes, taking into consideration traffic patterns, distances, and time constraints.
~ Oversee the fleet management process, tracking vehicle locations, maintenance schedules, and compliance with regulations.
~ Collaborate closely with warehouse teams to organize shipments, ensuring the right products are loaded onto the correct vehicles.
~ Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and delivery confirmations.
~ Keep customers informed of their order status and any potential delays, maintaining transparency and proactive communication.
~ Address any issues that arise during transit promptly and work to find solutions that minimize disruptions.
~ Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
~ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, permits, and safety standards in all logistics operations.
*Requirements*:
~ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Accounting&Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience 1-2years).
~ Proven experience in logistics, operations, or a related role within the transportation industry.
~ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
~ Proficiency in using logistics software and tools.
~ Proficiency in using MICROSOFT Tools is a must.
