Today I successfully developed and tested a 3-conveyor interlocked control system in TIA Portal and simulated it in Factory I/O.

🔹 Product detection sensors
🔹 Conveyor-to-conveyor interlocking
🔹 Entry transmitter
🔹 Final receiver sensor with product counting
🔹 TIA Portal HMI control
🔹 Factory I/O real-time simulation

The best part is that this logic is based on the same control concept used in actual packing conveyors, making the simulation closely connected to real industrial applications.
