๐Requirements and Qualifications:
โข Intermediate, FA or Diploma or bachelor's degree
โข Fresh / Experience both can apply
โข Excellent verbal communication skills in Urdu, Punjabi or Sarakie
โข Ability to understand customer needs, build reports and offer relevant solutions.
โข Quick to learn about new products and services and able to adapt communication techniques to various customer types.
โข Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
๐Key Responsibilities:
โข Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.
โข Build product knowledge and effectively communicate how our products meet customer needs.
โข Effectively communicate product benefits and address customer inquiries.
โข Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and offer tailored recommendations.
โข Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize lead management and improve conversion strategies.
โข Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to support team goals.
โข Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as necessary for customer satisfaction.
โข Stay updated on new product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
