**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage sales activities for Solar Pump Inverters in the agriculture sector.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural clients.
- Oversee a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and training.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and effective product installation.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in agricultural or renewable energy products.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Engineering background or knowledge in solar energy is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
