On behalf of the respected personalities of Hyderabad, Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Chohan and Mr. Saeed Ahmed Chohan , a hi-tea was held at Dayaldas Club Hyderabad in honor of JJ Panel candidates of Hyderabad Gymkhana 2024 election, Mr. Abdullah John Memon and Dr. Shahid Junejo, was arranged. The event was attended by dignitaries of the city.
Association of Builders & Developers of Pakistan Sub-Region Hyderabad Vice President Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmad Farooqui, Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce President Mr. Adeel Siddiqui and a large number of builders participated, including Mr. Ghulam Hussain Memon, Mr. Qamar-ul-Zaman Memon, Mr. Raheel Memon, Mr. Ijaz Ahmed Qazi, Mr. Nazir Ahmed Ghori and others were involved, while the Chairman of Digital Media Association and Senior Journalist Mr. Rauf Chandio, General Secretary of Dayaldas Club Mr. Sohail Ahmed and other citizens, Businessmen, traders, retired bureaucrats and personalities from different schools of thought participated.
The program started with Holy Quran, while Mr. Ejaz Ahmad Qazi gave the duties of stage secretary and concluded the ceremony with beautiful poems. In the welcome speech, Mr. Saeed Ahmed Chauhan thanked the distinguished guests.

An important in-house meeting of Association of Builders and Developers, Abad, under the chairmanship of Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmed Farooqui, Vice Chairman of Abad Sub-Region Hyderabad, was held at Abad Sub-Region Hyderabad Office.
was held The meeting started with the recitation of the Holy Quran, Mr. Naveed Ismail Memon had the blessing of reciting the Holy Quran. Abad Sub Region Hyderabad Vice Chairman Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmed Farooqui welcomed the members and discussed the related issues in which Sindh Environmental Protection Agency SEPA and Sindh Revenue Board SRB, HDA, SBCA and other related institutions. A detailed briefing was given to the members on related issues.
Committee Member Mr. Lajpat Khatri gave a briefing regarding FBR while Committee Member Mr. Ramesh Babu gave a briefing regarding Mirpur Khas and Southern Sindh Region and introduced himself. Member CEC Committee Abad Mr. Saeed Ahmed Chauhan expressed his opinion. Committee member Mr. Mujtabi Akram thanked the members who participated in the meeting.
In the meeting, the bylaws of Sindh Building Control Authority, FBR rates and Hyderabad Development Authority rates were discussed. Engineer Faraz Hussain Memon discussed about Sindh Building Control Authority and FBR while Mr. Obaid Rajput informed about the problems of HDA, Mr. Faisal Musa Memon gave his suggestions. Expressed their views and offered suggestions. Finally, Mr. Member CEC Committee Abad, Mr. Saeed Ahmed Chohan, thanked all the members and said that the action plan will be decided after consulting the suggestions of all the members and all possible efforts will be made to solve the problems.
At the end of the meeting, high tea was also organized for the members. ABAD delegation led by Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmed Farooqui Vice Chairman Association of Builders & Developers of Pakistan Sub-Region Hyderabad had a purposeful discussion with SSP Hyderabad Mr. Amjad Shaikh on a range of issues pertaining to standards of policing in areas having projects of ABAD Members.

SSP Hyderabad assured ABAD delegation of augmentation and operationalisation of 15 Centre at Hatri very soon.

ABAD members were advised to seek police verification of private security staff prior to appointment.

Formation of Police stations at new developing areas was also discussed

For better coordination, laison committee between ABAD and District Police is formed.
