Accounts Officer
Maintain and update general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and process invoices for clients and subcontractors, ensuring accurate billing for ongoing projects
Track project costs, monitor budgets, and provide financial reports to management and project teams.

Reconcile inter-company transactions and resolve any accounting discrepancies.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records for audits.

Support payroll processing and employee expense claims if required.

Collaborate with the projects team to verify material/equipment costs and site-related expenses.

Projects Coordinator

Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, site visits, material procurement, and subcontractor mobilization.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as progress reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and variation claims.

Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion of MEP/HVAC/fire system installations.
