کیا گھر کا نقشہ بنوانا چاہئیے یا اسکا کوئ فائدہ نہیں۔ فائدے اور نقصانات۔
فائدے:
1- گھربنانے سے پہلے ہی ایک آئیڈیا آجاتا ہے کہ کسطرح کا گھر ہوگا اور کنسٹرکشن سے پہلے پہلے آپ اس میں تبدیلیاں کرسکتے ہیں
2- کچن، ٹوائلٹ اور بیڈروم کے سائز اور لوکیشن کا تعین آپ پہلے سے ہی کرلیتے ہیں
3- اگر نقشہ نہ بنا ہوا ہو تو آپ ہر دن گھر میں توڑ پھوڑ کرتے رہیں گے جس کیوجہ سے گھر بنانے پر آنے والا خرچہ اور وقت دونوں بڑھ جاتے ہیں
4- گھر کا نقشہ بنا ہوا ہو تو کنسٹرکشن ٹارگٹڈ وقت پر مکمل ہونے کا چانس ہوتے ہیں بجائے اسکے کہ نقشہ نہ بنا ہوا ہو
5- بجلی، سینٹری کے کنکشن بار بار نہیں بدلنے پڑتے، توڑ پھوٹ نہیں ہوتی جس سے بلڈنگ کی مضبوطی میں کمی نہیں آتی
نقصانات:
صرف 1 ہی نقصان سمجھ میں آتا ہے جو کہ صرف 20-15 ہزار روپے کسی آرکیٹیکٹ کو دینے ہوتے ہیں
Conclusion:
گھر بنوانے سے پہلے ہمیشہ گھر کا نقشہ بنوائیں، ورنہ 20-15 ہزار بچانے کے چکر میں لاکھوں کا نقصان ہوگا۔

Should we make a map of the house or it is of no use. Advantages and disadvantages.
Advantages:
1- Before building a house, you get an idea of how the house will be and you can make changes to it before construction.
2- You decide the size and location of kitchen, toilet and bedroom in advance
3- If the map is not made, you will continue to vandalize the house every day, due to which the cost and time of building the house increases.
4- If the house is mapped, there are chances of completion of the construction on the targeted time than if the house is not mapped.
5- Electricity, Sentry connections do not have to be changed frequently, vandalism does not occur, which does not reduce the strength of the building.
Disadvantages:
Only 1 disadvantage is understood which is only 15-20 thousand rupees to be given to an architect.
Conclus
Always map the house before building it, otherwise you will lose lakhs in the cycle of saving 20-15 thousand.
