Roles & Responsibilities:

Market Research and Strategy Development:

Perform in-depth market research to uncover new sales opportunities within the IT sector.
Craft and execute robust sales strategies targeting the local sector and beyond.
Analyze competitor strategies to enhance our market position.
Client Relationship Management:

Forge and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Address client inquiries and feedback with utmost efficiency.
Tailor solutions to meet client needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Sales Goals and Performance Monitoring:

Set and pursue ambitious sales targets aligned with our business objectives.
Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and report to senior management.
Develop plans to meet or exceed sales targets, enhancing team performance.
Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of sales talent.
Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our IT solutions and their applications.
Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our offerings.

Contract Negotiation and Closure:

Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to achieve business goals.
Represent Cozmuler at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance our brand visibility.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the IT sector.
Strong understanding of the corporate sector and its IT needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
