سریا خریدتے وقت فراڈ سے کیسے بچیں....؟
سریے کی مِقدار چیک کرنے کا ایک آسان سا کُلیہ...
جو کہ تجربہ کار لوگوں کا بنا ہُوا ہے، شاید نئے گھر بنانے والوں کو میری تحریر سے فائدہ ہو سکے،
سب سے پہلے تو یاد رکھیئے کہ جِس سریے پر چھوٹی چھوٹی شاخیں سی نِکلی ہوں گی، جان لیجیے کہ وہ سریا کچرے سے بنا ہُوا ہے وہ ہرگِز مت خریدیں،
اِس کے علاوہ سریے کی ہر لینتھ کے اوپر ایک کونے پر اسکی تفصیل لکھی ہوتی ہے اسے غور سے پڑھیں کیونکہ 60 گریڈ کا سریا 40 گریڈ کے سرہے سے مہنگا ہوتا ہے تو کہیں ایسا تو نہیں کہ آپکو 60 کا بتا کر 40 پکڑایا جارہا ہے،،

اب آتے ہیں سریے کے وزن کو جاننے کے کُلیے کی طرف!!!!

پاکِستان میں 3 سُوتر سے 8 سُوتر تک کا سریا استعمال ہوتا ہے، ان میں سے بھی عام گھروں میں3اور4 ہی زیادہ استعمال ہوتا ہے، 3اور4 سُوترکا سریا چھت، سیڑھی، چھوٹے کالمز، چھوٹے بیمز وغیرہ میں جبکہ بڑے بیم یا بڑے کالمز میں 6 سُوتر کا سریا اِستعمال ہوتا ہے،

تین سُوتر کی ایک 40فُٹ لینتھ کا کُل وزن 6.8 کلو ہوتا ہے یعنی 6 کلو اور 800 گرام، جبکہ3سُوتر کے سریے کے ایک فُٹ ٹُکڑے کا وزن 170 گرام ہوتا ہے،
4سُوتر کی40فُٹ لینتھ کا وزن 12.10 کلو یعنی 12کلو اور 100 گرام جبکہ ایک فٹ کے پیس کا وزن 302 گرام ہوتا ہے،
پانچ سُوتر کی ایک 40 فٹ لینتھ کا وزن 18.90 یعنی 18کلو اور 900گرام جبکہ ایک فُٹ کے پیس کا وزن 476 گرام ہوتا ہے،
چھے سُوتر کی 40 فٹ لینتھ کا کُل وزن 27.22 یعنی 27کلو اور 220 گرام جبکہ ایک فٹ پیس کا وزن 680 گرام ہوتا ہے،
سات سُوتر کی 40فٹ لینتھ کا کُل وزن 37.05 یعنی 37کلو اور 050 گرام جبکہ ایک فٹ کے پیس کا وزن 930گرام ہوتا ہے،
آٹھ سُوتر کی 40فٹ لینتھ کا کُل وزن 48.39 یعنی 48کلو 390گرام اور ایک فُٹ کے پیس کا وزن 1.21 یعنی 1کلو 210گرام ہوتا ہے،

اب آپ جب بھی سریہ خریدیں تو وزن کرا لینے کے بعد اسکے لینتھ گِنیں مثال کے طور پر آپ 4 سُوتر کی 10لینتھ لیں ہیں جن میں سے ہر ایک کی لمبائی 40 فٹ ہے، انکے وزن کا کلیہ/فارمولا آپکے پاس موجود ہے 12.10x10 = 121کلو۔
اب اگر یہ 121 کلو ہے پھر تو ٹھیک یے یا اس میں زیادہ سے زیادہ 4 سے 5 کلو اوپر نیچے ہوجانے کی رعایت موجود ہے (وجہ سریے کی میکنگ اور پڑے پڑے تھوڑا زنگ لگ جانے کی صُورت میں معمولی وزن کا کم ہونا) لیکن اگر 4 سوتر کی 40فُٹی 10 لینتھ کا وزن 100کلو بن رہا ہے تو سمجھ جائیں آپکو چُونا لگایا جارہا ہے، اور یہ سریے کے ٹھیے یا فیکٹری والا رانگ نمبر ہے اُلٹے قدموں واپس بھاگ جائیں.

یہ پوسٹ سب کو تو نہیں لیکن چند لوگوں کے بہت کام کی ہے، اس طریقے کو فالو کر کے سریے والوں کے فراڈ سے کافی حد تک بچا جا سکتا ہے، باقی اینٹ، بلاک، بجری والوں کو اللہ تعالیٰ ہدایت دے کہ وہ مقدار برابر رکھیں۔آمین
