Space Education and Outreach - NCGSA of National Center of GIS and Space Applications at Institute of Space Technology organized a solar observation session for 20 bright minds from Siddeeq Public School and College Islamabad at the IST Astronomical Observatory - IAO

The students participated in a solar observation session, organized, where they got to witness the sun through Lunt 152 mm Solar Alpha telescope. It was not just about the observation , the students also gained valuable insights into the future opportunities in the field of space science and astronomy, inspiring them to reach for the stars.

The session concluded with an engaging Q&A session, leaving the students buzzing with curiosity and excitement. We're proud to be nurturing the next generation of space enthusiasts.

Mr. 𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐳𝐰𝐚𝐧 - Founder of Attock Astronomical Society, recognized as SUPARCO's #1 Space Ambassador for four consecutive years, bringing astronomy to over 15,000 students in underprivileged communities.

Mr. 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐙𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐧- Founder of Stellalliance Pakistan, pioneering game-based learning that has inspired over 20,000 children and influenced national curriculum discussions on space sciences.

Mr. Hamza Hameed is one of Pakistan’s leading young space-policy experts, serving as Associate Director at Access Partnership Singapore, where he leads work on space regulation across Asia-Pacific. He is also the first Pakistani elected as Chair of the Space Generation Advisory Council, representing over 30,000 young professionals globally, and has played a key role in shaping Pakistan’s national space regulatory framework.
