Examination & Verification of Property Documents
Workshop organized by the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Karachi South, at City Court, Karachi South.
The objective of the workshop was to enhance the professional knowledge and practical skills of Judicial Officers dealing with matters relating to property and property documentation.
The workshop covered the examination and verification of property documents pertaining to:
Karachi Development Authority (KDA)
Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC)
Registrar and Sub-Registrar Offices
Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA)
Cooperative Housing Societies
Revenue Department
The workshop also provided guidance on the identification of genuine and forged documents and the understanding of relevant revenue records.
The training session was conducted by Mr. Faheem Akhtar and Mr. Muhammad Hassan, CEO of Ustaad Jee Builders & Developers. Both are former Senior Faculty Members of PIBSAT, affiliated with the Skill Development Council Pakistan.
