3D Designer (female) Needed!
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects and design teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create 3D models of architectural designs using industry-standard software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit).
Develop realistic and visually appealing renderings, incorporating accurate lighting, materials, and textures.
Ensure the timely delivery of 3D visualizations that effectively communicate design intent.
Participate in design reviews, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in architectural visualization techniques and tools.
Requirements:
Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in architectural visualization.
Proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
Advanced knowledge of rendering software, including V-Ray, Lumion, or Corona Renderer.
Understanding of architectural principles, materials, and construction techniques.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with architects and other stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
