"ملک کے غریب و متوسط طبقے کو اپنی چھت کے حصول کے لیے ’’وزیراعظم اپنا گھر سکیم‘‘ کا باقاعدہ اجرا کر دیا گیا ہے۔ عام آدمی کو چھت فراہم کرنا حکومت کی اولین ترجیح ہے۔ سکیم کے تحت ایک کروڑ روپے تک کا قرض آسان شرائط پر دستیاب ہوگا۔ پہلے سال 50 ہزار گھروں کا ہدف مقرر کیا گیا ہے۔ آئندہ چار برسوں میں ہدف 5 لاکھ گھروں کا ہوگا۔ 10 مرلے تک گھر تعمیر کیے جا سکیں گے اور اس کے لیے فنانسنگ کا حجم 3.2 کھرب روپے ہوگا۔ قرضے کی واپسی کی مدت 20 سال ہوگی۔ پہلے 10 سال مارک اَپ 5 فیصد اور اگلے 10 سال مارک اَپ مارکیٹ کی شرح کے مطابق ہوگا۔ سکیم کا اطلاق وفاقی دارالحکومت اسلام آباد سمیت چاروں صوبوں، گلگت بلتستان اور آزاد کشمیر پر بھی ہوگا۔ تعمیراتی شعبے سے معیشت کا پہیہ چلتا ہے، حکومت برآمد کنندگان کی حوصلہ افزائی کر رہی ہے۔ سکیم پر عملدرآمد کا ہر مہینے خود جائزہ لوں گا۔"
