Our Electric Arc Garments have been successfully tested at 100 Cal by ArcWear, USA and have been certified under the American Standards. The Aluminized Safety Apparels have also been tested at over 1500 degree Celsius. We have the distinction of becoming the first company in Pakistan to produce highly technical and critical apparels. We also specialize in the Kevlar/Nomex/Para Aramid lining for gloves and apparels as well as Kevlar/Glass cut resistant lining and FR Cotton. We are backward integrated and own a large scale and modern in-house tannery which facilitates us to process raw leather, finishing and dyeing as well as control its quality. RASHEED AHMED & SONS have four efficient and well equipped manufacturing facilities run by highly professional technologists and trained workers. We have installed glove sewing capacity of 5.0 million+ pairs per annum work gloves as well as work garments. Our gloves are CE approved, tested and certified by SATRA and MIRTA both are well known European Notified Body against EN420, EN388, EN407, EN511, EN12477, EN114, EN ISO 11611:2015 and EN ISO 11612:2015 as well as Electric Arc Wear certified by ArcWear, USA with ARC Rating 100 CAL/cm2, HRC 4+ for NFPA 70E, ASTM 1959, ASTM F2621 and ASTM D6413.
