PVC, ABS, HDPE, and PP make up almost every custom plastic extrusion profile used in construction, HVAC, and industrial equipment today. Picking the wrong one is usually why parts crack, warp, or fade months after delivery, not poor manufacturing.

PVC alone makes up close to 60 percent of global plastic used in construction, according to industry market reports. That is why most window profiles, pipe fittings, and building components you see every day are PVC based, chosen for durability and weather resistance.
