Position: Incharge HSSE & Adminstration - Logistics
📍 Location: Machike
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
🎓 Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
NEBOSH / IOSH preferred.
🎓 Experience Level:
• 4–5 years of relevant HSSE & administration experience.
• Experience in oil & gas, OMC, or logistics preferred.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HSSE policies for fleet and field operations.
• Ensure compliance with OGRA, HSSE regulations, and company safety standards.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate emergency response.
• Conduct audits, inspections, hazard mapping, and HSSE training.
• Maintain incident records and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee office administration, facilities, vendors, and support services.
• Manage correspondence, records, travel, and office logistics.
Requirements;
• Strong knowledge of OGRA/HSSE standards and incident handling.
• Good analytical, reporting, coordination, and administration skills.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours as required.
