The journey begins with curiosity, ambition, and the drive to learn.

We recently welcomed our PackInspire interns through an engaging Orientation Session, introducing them to our organization, culture, values, and the opportunities that lie ahead. The session provided a platform for interns to connect, learn, and gain insights into the exciting journey they are about to embark on. From meaningful conversations to inspiring interactions, the day marked the beginning of a learning experience designed to help young talent grow, contribute, and unlock their potential.

We look forward to seeing the fresh perspectives, ideas, and energy our interns will bring as they begin their PackInspire journey with us.

Packages Group observed World Day Against Child Labour, under the theme “Red Card to Child Labour: Fair play for children, decent work for adults,” we brought together Supply Chain and related teams to reinforce its commitment to eliminating child labour and strengthening safeguards across the value chain.

The session included training for 30 participants on the Group’s Child Labour Remediation Plan, building understanding of prevention measures, reporting channels, and response actions to manage risks responsibly.

We were also pleased to be joined by guest speakers Fatima Jaffar, Senior Program Manager focused on child rights and safe learning environments, and Fizza Chaudhry, Community Practitioner working on gender equality and social justice.

At Packages Group, our focus goes beyond compliance to prevention, protection, and ensuring clear pathways for support and recovery where needed.

As part of our Primary Wellbeing Program, Packages Group, in collaboration with Transparent Hands, organized a free Medical Camp at the Biomass Purchase Centre Arifwala to provide primary healthcare services to the local community.

More than 335 patients benefited from this initiative through free medical consultations with experienced doctors, essential medicines at no cost, and a range of diagnostic services, including blood sugar testing, uric acid screening, hepatitis B & C screening, cholesterol checks, ultrasound examinations, and blood pressure monitoring.

By improving access to quality healthcare, we continue to strengthen our commitment to supply chain sustainability and the well-being of the communities connected to our operations.

To date, our Primary Wellbeing Program has positively impacted over 37,000 beneficiaries, reflecting our ongoing dedication to creating healthier and more resilient communities
