Packages Group, in collaboration with FranklinCovey, organised a two-day workshop in Karachi on “The 6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team.”
The workshop brought together leaders for an interactive learning experience focused on the practices that help build stronger, more engaged and high-performing teams.
Through practical discussions and activities, participants explored key areas of leadership, including developing a leader’s mindset, setting clear goals, having meaningful one-on-one conversations, giving effective feedback, and supporting the growth and development of team members.
