is hiring a 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 / 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for our 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭. This role requires strong technical expertise in Extrusion, Lamination, Rotogravure Printing, Slitting, Converting, and Bag Making, along with the ability to drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization.

📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Flexible Plant, Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Lead plant operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines
• Drive OEE improvement, waste reduction, and cost control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and HSE requirements
• Plan and execute production scheduling strategies
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality)
• Improve machine efficiency, reduce downtime, and strengthen preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with supply chain and commercial teams for on-time delivery
• Implement continuous improvement practices (Lean, Six Sigma)

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Polymer preferred)
• 10–12+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Hands-on experience in extrusion, lamination, rotogravure printing, slitting, and converting
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, inks, adhesives, and film structures
• Proven experience managing large-scale plant operations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Track record of driving efficiency, cost reduction, and process improvement
