Model Town — Site Update
Episode 2/3
Installation work for 8 wardrobes and 3 kitchens is now in progress.
Wardrobe cabinets installed with integrated 24V strip lighting inside each unit.
Cabinet door switches allow lights to turn on automatically when doors open.
All wardrobes feature glass shutters with internal lighting.
Kitchen cabinets installed with handle-less profile system, and Corian countertops are currently being installed.
Storage accessories and organizers have also been delivered to site.
Final episode will show the completed wardrobes and kitchens.

Lalazar Garden — Kitchen Reveal

This modular kitchen was designed for a 5 Marla home with limited space, where the entire kitchen had to be planned on a single wall.

Key features:

• Handle-less cabinetry
• Full height cabinets
• 2-tone cabinet finish
• Black granite countertop
• Multifunction sink
• PVC sink cabinet for water protection
• Under cabinet strip lighting
• Glass display units with lighting
• Pull-out accessories & storage solutions

Despite the compact layout, the kitchen includes everything from cutlery storage to pull-out dustbin and spice racks.

10 Marla House - Complete Interior Finishing Project

Room extension work in progress on first floor.

Existing lintel supported and wall removed.
New wall masonry completed.
Epoxy anchoring applied to ensure strong bonding between old and new structure.

Additional beam support added for structural stability.

Other progress this week:

✅ Electrical & solar earthing bore work completed
✅ Window safety grills installed
✅ AC copper & drain piping completed
✅ False ceiling work in progress

Lintel pouring & ceiling progress update.
