Leadership Series Continues in Islamabad | Session 01 – Positive Thinking
Following the successful training held in Lahore (ERO) on October 02, 2025, MMP conducted its second internal workshop of the Leadership Series – “Leader Makes the Mare Go” on October 09, 2025 (Thursday) at Ambassador Hotel, Islamabad, for the team of MMP Regional Office (North).
The session, titled "Positive Thinking", was once again led by Mr. Nauman Ahmad, General Manager (People), whose engaging delivery, practical insights, humour, and interactive learning approach kept participants fully involved throughout the session.
Key Highlights
Focus on developing positive thinking and eliminating self-limiting thoughts
Shift in mindset towards winning behaviour and achieving the impossible
7-hour capacity-building workshop (excluding prayer/lunch break)
Company-arranged lunch for all participants
19 participants, mainly Principal Engineers to Senior Managers

The participation turnout exceeded expectations, demonstrating the eagerness of our teams to invest in personal and professional growth.
The audience highly rated the session for its value, delivery style, and practical applicability — with unanimous recommendation for conducting it across other regions and project sites.
