As part of MMP’s ongoing commitment to fostering a positive, high-performing and ethical work culture, a comprehensive training session titled “Building a Dynamic Workplace: Values, Voice & Virtue” was conducted at ERO on May 20, 2026 by Mr. Najmus Saqib Rehmani, Senior Manager Coordination, ZRO Lahore.
The session was largely attended by the staff members through a hybrid format, bringing together participants both in person and online for an engaging, interactive, and thought-provoking learning experience.
Key Highlights
Exploring the importance of organizational values in building a healthy and productive workplace culture
Encouraging employees to communicate confidently, constructively, and professionally through a culture of voice and mutual respect
Promoting virtue, integrity, accountability, and ethical decision-making in everyday work practices
Interactive Slido-based quiz activity that enhanced participation for everyone, knowledge retention, and real-time engagement
Thought-provoking riddles, group exercises, and light-hearted humor that created an enjoyable learning environment while reinforcing key concepts
Practical examples and experience-based discussions linking workplace behaviors to organizational success
Simultaneous physical and virtual participation, enabling broader outreach and inclusivity across teams
Participation
The session attracted nearly 50 participants (Seniors & Juniors) through a hybrid format, with an almost equal split between in-person and online attendees (approximately 23–25 participants in each group.
Participants from various management levels actively engaged in discussions, exercises, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Engagement & Impact
More than four hours session witnessed a high level of enthusiasm and interaction throughout the day. The combination of practical discussions, Slido Quiz, team exercises, and humor-infused learning kept participants actively engaged and encouraged meaningful dialogue.
Participants particularly appreciated the interactive format, which transformed learning into a collaborative and enjoyable experience while reinforcing the importance of values-driven behavior, open communication, and professional ethics.
