c. Solvents: Solvents are liquids used to dissolve or disperse other paint components. They affect the paint’s viscosity and drying time.

d. Additives: These are chemicals added in small amounts to enhance the paint's properties. They include:

Thickeners: Increase viscosity.
Dispersants: Improve pigment dispersion.
Defoamers: Reduce bubbles.
Drying Agents: Speed up drying.
