🚨 اہم اپڈیٹ: پروزیومر ریگولیشن 2025 — نیٹ میٹرنگ ختم، نیٹ بلنگ نافذ 🚨
حالیہ پالیسی تبدیلی کے مطابق اب Net Metering کو تبدیل کرکے Net Billing کر دیا گیا ہے۔
یہ فیصلہ سولر صارفین، خاص طور پر نئے صارفین، کے لیے بڑی مالی تبدیلی لے کر آیا ہے۔
🔹 کیا تبدیل ہوا؟
✅ 1) سسٹم میں بنیادی تبدیلی
پہلے نیٹ میٹرنگ میں درآمد (Import) اور برآمد (Export) یونٹس ایڈجسٹ ہو جاتے تھے۔
اب نیٹ بلنگ میں خریدی گئی بجلی اور بیچی گئی بجلی کا حساب الگ الگ ہوگا۔
✅ 2) Existing Users کے لیے Buy Back Rate میں کمی
پہلے ریٹ تقریباً: Rs 27 / یونٹ
اب نیا ریٹ: تقریباً Rs 25–26 / یونٹ
✅ 3) New Users کے لیے Buy Back Rate میں بڑی کمی
نیا ریٹ: تقریباً Rs 11 / یونٹ
یعنی نئے صارف کو گرڈ کو دی گئی بجلی کا معاوضہ بہت کم ملے گا۔
✅ 4) استعمال شدہ بجلی کا بل بدستور ادا کرنا ہوگا
ہر صارف کو اپنی استعمال شدہ (Import) یونٹس کا بل دینا ہوگا،
اور یہ ریٹ عام طور پر تقریباً Rs 40 فی یونٹ یا اس سے زائد بن سکتا ہے (ٹیکسز/سرچارجز کے ساتھ مزید فرق بھی آ سکتا ہے)۔

🔹 اس کا عام صارف پر کیا اثر ہوگا؟
📌 سولر کی واپسی (Payback Period) بڑھ جائے گی
خاص طور پر نئے صارفین کے لیے سرمایہ واپس آنے میں زیادہ وقت لگ سکتا ہے۔
📌 بِل میں وہ کمی نہیں آئے گی جو پہلے آتی تھی
کیونکہ خرید اور فروخت کے ریٹس میں بڑا فرق ہو گیا ہے۔
📌 لوڈ مینجمنٹ اب زیادہ اہم ہو گئی ہے
دن کے وقت اپنی پیدا کی گئی سولر بجلی خود استعمال کرنا پہلے سے زیادہ فائدہ مند ہے۔

🔹 Existing اور New صارفین کے درمیان فرق
Existing صارفین کو نسبتاً بہتر ریٹ (25–26) ملے گا، مگر پہلے سے کم۔
New صارفین کو صرف 11 روپے کے قریب ریٹ ملنا، مالی طور پر بڑا فرق پیدا کرے گا۔

✅ اپنے سسٹم کا لوڈ پروفائل چیک کریں۔
✅ دن کے وقت زیادہ سے زیادہ اپنے آلات چلائیں تاکہ self-consumption بڑھے۔
