The Director General Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) Dr Rizwan Naseer presented over Rs 3.4 million cheques as financial compensation to the families of two Rescuers here on Tuesday.

According to the detail, Mr Qaiser LTV joined Rescue 1122 on 16th July, 2007 as Rescue Driver. He had served in District Multan over 10 years. He got injuries when unknown truck hit his car, where he had succumbed to his serious injuries, after performing his duty on 15 December 2017 when he was going back to his home. Similarly, Mr Youns was also serving as Security Guard since 03 September 2009 in Rescue 1122, Multan. He also met a sever road traffic crash on 23 July 2018, when he was leaving back to home after performing his election duty.
