We scanned the original Ford truck bumper and transformed the raw 3D scan into a clean, production‑ready mesh. After refining the geometry, we engineered new snap‑fit features directly into the model for a secure and seamless attachment. The final part was 3D‑printed with high accuracy and mounted on the truck, fitting perfectly like an OEM component.

This project shows how MechBrilliance blends digital precision with real‑world functionality. From scan to CAD to print, every step was handled with care to deliver a part that feels natural on the vehicle and strong enough for daily use. It’s a small upgrade, but a great example of practical engineering craftsmanship.
