We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the 1st Contact Session of CHR Batch 8 (July–December 2026) at Gandhara University, Peshawar.

This milestone was achieved under the visionary supervision of the Director, ORIC, along with the dedicated efforts of the ORIC team, whose commitment ensured the successful organization of the session.

Gandhara University proudly participated in the One-Day Interactive Training Session on the National Research Program for Universities (NRPU) Grants, organized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Regional Centre, Peshawar, on July 8, 2026.

The University was represented by Mr. Qazi Waqas Ahmad (Manager I&C, ORIC) and Mr. Bilal Ahmad (Honorary Research Officer, ORIC). The session provided valuable insights into NRPU funding opportunities, proposal development, evaluation criteria, and research management, while also fostering collaboration and networking with ORIC representatives from universities across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
