🌟 Proud Moment for IEEE-KFUEIT-SB 🌟

IEEE KFUEIT Student Branch proudly congratulates Muhammed Abdullah (Batch 2022), Chairperson of IEEE Education Society KFUEIT & IEEE Women in Engineering KFUEIT, from the Department of Electrical & Biomedical Engineering, Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology, on successfully presenting his 2nd research paper at the prestigious 5th IEEE International Conference on Computing, Mathematics & Engineering Technologies (ICoMET 2026) held at Institute of Business Administration Sukkur.

This outstanding achievement reflects the dedication, innovation, leadership, and research potential of KFUEIT students. Presenting research at an international IEEE conference as an undergraduate student is truly a remarkable milestone and a source of inspiration for the entire student community.

Proud moment for the IEEE -KFUEIT-Student Branch Exuctive committee students, Department of Electrical and Biomedical Engineering KFUEIT, as they represented the IEEE -KFUEIT-SB society at the prestigious international ICRAI 2026 IEEE Conference held at College of E & ME, NUST, Islamabad 4-5 May, 2026. The team presented two impactful research papers showcasing innovation at the intersection of high voltage engineering and advanced computational techniques.
The first paper, “Data-Driven Prediction of Epoxy Nanocomposite Insulator Fabrication for Enhanced Breakdown Voltage Performance,” was authored by Muhammed Abdullah(vice president IEEE -KFUEIT-SB )with co-authors Sonia Bibi and Abdullah Abid (President IEEE -KFUEIT-SB).
The second paper, “Machine Learning Driven Prototype Fabrication and Experimental Validation of XLPE Power Cable,” was authored by Syed Moazum Ali (Treasurer IEEE -KFUEIT-SB)with co-authors Irfan Ali (Decore Head IEEE)and Ali Ayyan (Registration Head IEEE).
These works highlight the integration of data-driven methods and machine learning approaches in improving insulation systems and power cable performance.
This achievement reflects the department’s growing research strength, commitment to innovation, and active contribution to solving real-world challenges in high voltage engineering at an international platform.
