One of the most common questions during the design phase . how wide should the stair lobby be, and what should the step size be? It's a question every client asks, and the answer matters more than most people realise. Get it wrong and the entire flow of your home feels cramped and awkward. Get it right, and the stair lobby becomes one of the most impressive spaces in the house. 🏡

Here's a real example from our 1.5 Kanal project a 4-foot step width, followed by a 9-foot landing space, giving a total 13-foot stair lobby. Double height, open to sky. A full-length window running the height of the lobby, pulling in natural daylight and completely transforming the feel of the space. Still in grey structure — yet you can already feel the scale and grandeur of what it's going to become. 👀✨

When finished, this lobby will be nothing short of breathtaking. The proportions, the light, the height — every decision made here was intentional. Because at Elegant, the spaces between rooms matter just as much as the rooms themselves.

In interior design, the smallest details make the biggest difference and aesthetics are everything when it comes to balancing a bedroom's overall look. In this project, you can see how we designed the bedwall with a half-curve pattern, and carried that exact same design language onto the ceiling above. The result is a bedroom ceiling that flows seamlessly into a half-curve design across the entire space.

This kind of thoughtful detailing is what makes the ceiling design perfectly complement the bedwall behind it — creating a cohesive, aesthetically balanced look throughout the room. When interior design is generated purely through AI, the results often feel generic and disconnected. This elevation is truly unique — 80% of its design has been constructed entirely within RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete). From the columns to the cantilever shed and the center U-shaped box, every major structural element has been shaped in solid concrete rather than added later as finishing work.
