We are pleased to announce the 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of our two-day 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. 🩸🔬
The training provided participants with 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.
A special part of the training was our 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸, where participants had the opportunity to experience a professional blood bank environment and connect their learning with real-world practice.

Two days of 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 focused on 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 and 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀, providing participants with an opportunity to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world laboratory practice.
The session included 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, and collaborative learning in a professional laboratory environment.
