Foundation Protection Most Houses Don’t Have

In this house construction, the plot had an 8 ft level difference from front to back, which required careful planning before starting the design.
To protect the home from soil pressure and future settling, we built a full-height RCC retaining wall at the back side of the house.
Around the structure, we added an extra RCC slab as an added layer of protection for the home.
These steps in the construction process gives strong support to the soil and keeps the house foundation safe over time.

Store Room Design That Creates Maximum Space

During construction of this house, we gave special attention to the store room area so it becomes truly useful, not just an extra space with random shelves.

A Small Wall Detail That Protects Finishing for Years

In this house construction, while planning the wall designs of this house, we had three options for moldings: wood, POP, and PVC. We chose PVC for long-lasting results.

Why straight foundations matters in house construction

Avoid these costly foundation mistakes! If your foundation groundwork isn’t perfectly level, your home could suffer from dangerous diagonal cracks and uneven settlement. This video reveals the professional civil engineering SOPs we use to manage a 4-5 ft height difference on a sloped plot.

Why Some Houses Develop Cracks After Finishing

In many houses, cracks start appearing after finishing, or plaster begins to weaken and form hollow spots in the walls. One major reason behind this is improper plaster work during construction.

Why Plaster Leveling Matters in House Construction

In any house construction and design, the quality of finishing you see at the end is directly connected to how carefully the plaster work is done during construction. If the plaster surface is uneven, it starts affecting paint, tiles, panels, and every finishing element that comes later.

Bringing Palace-Style Arches into a Neo Classical House

House Layout Designed Around the View

While planning this layout, our first thought was to dedicate the entire space to one large living area. But the location of this villa changed the way we looked at the plan.
The left side is completely open and offers a beautiful view. We felt this view deserved a proper sitting space where the family could actually pause and enjoy it.
So instead of keeping one big living room, we divided the area into two purposeful sections. The right side is now the main living area, designed for everyday family use.
A partition in the center subtly separates the spaces without breaking the flow.
On the left side, we planned an extra sitting corner dedicated to the open view and peaceful moments. This space will be perfect for sunsets, rainfall, tea, coffee and quiet family discussions.

Ceiling Design with Detailed Cornice Work

When working on interiors, most people focus on walls and ceilings, but often overlook the cornice. The cornice helps to create a smooth transition between the wall and ceiling. Without it, the edges look incomplete.

Accent Wall Design for Drawing Room

This accent wall in the drawing room is made using HDF sheets, chosen for their clean base and detailing potential.
We finished the wall with limewash paint to keep the look natural, with subtle grains becoming visible as light hits the surface.
The grooves on the wall help define the structure and add a sense of proportion without making the design too heavy.
Instead of overloading the wall, we focused on controlled detailing. The idea was simple, let the material and finish speak, rather than adding unnecessary elements.

In this bathroom, the flush tank is fully tiled to keep it concealed. The main focus here is how all the bathroom faucets are matched in the same tone.
